Hotel Conversion to Multifamily

Equity Positions

Gap Funding
The funds are used for gap funding, to BRRRR (buy, renovate, rent, refi, repeat), and our partners are acquiring long-term buy and holds for their portfolio. A Section 8 tenant is placed between 2 to 3 months, and at 4 to 5 months after seasoning, the refinance process begins so that at the 6 to 7 month mark, the hard money loan is refinanced into a DSCR loan and the private money partner is cashed out. A Section 8 tenant is usually placed within 3 to 6 months of initial investment.
